The Homestay

Perched at the top of Borong village, this well-maintained homestay has a splendid view of the surrounding green forests, valleys, and Mt. Kanchenjunga. There is a small yet beautiful lawn in front of the homestay where you can sit with your morning cuppa and relish the sight of distant valleys. At night, the lawn offers even better views; you can see popular hill stations like ........glittering in the dark valley. Those millions of stars etched n the sky but also the flickering lights from the distant villages nestled in the slopes of mountains made it a sight to behold. Kitchen was the best place to seek warmth and a few casual conversations with the owners of the homestay will give you a fair idea about their lifestyle. The balcony adjacent to my room was perfect for a stroll after dinner and view was mesmerizing enough to beat the cold. This couple and pet-friendly stay is surely the ideal holiday destination for couples, families, solo backpackers, and group of friends.
